Unfortunately, we do have a strict no-refund & no-direct transfer policy in place at Seattle Local Markets. Since each market is carefully curated to maintain a strong balance of vendor categories and neighborhood engagement, we aren't able to accommodate direct booth transfers. If you can find another small business not in our community to take your place, please email us! We allow transfers under that circumstance and are happy to spell that process out to you if needed.

Refund & Transfer Policy

To keep things fair and consistent for all vendors, here’s how we handle cancellations, refunds, and booth transfers:

No Refunds or Date Changes

Once a vendor is confirmed and paid, we do not offer refunds or move booth reservations to future dates. This policy helps us plan effectively and ensures a smooth experience for everyone involved.

Booth Transfers (With Restrictions)

If you are unable to attend your scheduled market, you may transfer your booth to someone outside our current vendor lineup, with the following conditions:

• The replacement must be a new vendor and not someone who has applied or attended our markets before.

• You must email us at least 48 hours before the event with the requested vendors contact information, and business information including what they sell.

• You and the replacement vendor are responsible for arranging any payment between yourselves. We do not facilitate fee transfers.
